How does a big sectional get into the building?
It ships in sections engineered to clear your service elevator and door frames — we confirm the path before production rather than discovering it on install day.
How much COM fabric does a sectional take?
Plan it per section on 54-inch plain goods: roughly 3.25–6.5 yards for an armless single seat, 4–7 with one arm, and 4–7.5 for a 90-degree corner. We confirm the total on your shop drawings.
Is it built for commercial use?
Yes — contract-grade frames and TB 117-2013 fills, engineered for lobbies, lounges, and amenity spaces.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 4–10 weeks from approved shop drawings or fabric receipt, depending on configuration and quantity.
