What does FF&E stand for?
FF&E stands for furniture, fixtures, and equipment — the movable furnishings procured to outfit a commercial or hospitality interior. Trend manufactures the custom-seating line of that package: banquettes, lounge and dining seating, bar stools, headboards, and benches, built to your spec in Los Angeles.
Do you build to an FF&E spec package?
Yes — we build to your specification and finishes, issue shop drawings for approval, and provide the documentation your submittal needs.
Can you handle multi-property or phased rollouts?
Yes — from a single model room through multi-property production, on a coordinated schedule with consistent specs.
Do you provide documentation for submittals?
Yes — shop drawings, COM instructions, and TB 117-2013 compliance details. CAD/Revit where available.
Can you support domestic-content requirements on public projects?
We assemble every piece in our own Carson, California plant and can provide a project-specific component country-of-origin and cost breakdown for your submittal, so your contracting officer can evaluate the applicable threshold. Because domestic content varies by specification and by COM/COL selection, we document it per project rather than making a blanket Buy American claim.
How do you handle freight?
Carton and palletized freight from our Los Angeles factory, consolidated and coordinated to your delivery or install schedule, nationwide.
What are your lead times?
Standard lead time is 4–10 weeks from approved drawings or fabric receipt — domestic production, not months of ocean freight.
How fast will I get a quote?
Typically within a couple of business days once we have your spec package, drawings, and quantities, with a firm timeline included.
What are your payment terms?
Project-based pricing with a 50% deposit at order and the balance due before shipping. Carton and palletized freight from Los Angeles is included with the order.
