Can you work from drawings, dimensions, or inspiration images?
Yes — CAD, PDFs, rough dimensions, or reference photos are all enough to start. We produce shop drawings for your approval before anything is built.
Do you accept COM or COL?
Yes. Customer's Own Material and Customer's Own Leather are welcome on any piece — send yardage if you know it, or we'll calculate it from the drawings.
What are typical lead times?
Most pieces run 4–10 weeks from fabric receipt or drawing approval, depending on construction and quantity. Every quote includes a firm timeline.
Do you ship and install outside Los Angeles?
Yes. We install nationwide, ship carton and palletized freight to your site, or coordinate with your receiver — whichever the job needs. International on request.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is due at the time of order, with the balance due before shipping. Quotes are project-based, and carton or palletized freight from Los Angeles is included with the order.
What file formats can I send?
CAD and PDF drawings, plus JPG or PNG images — inspiration photos, fabric samples, or a rough dimensioned sketch. A single photo is enough to get us started.
