What We Build for Hotels
Most hotel packages come to us as a mix — some lobby, some guest room, some food and beverage. Here is how we approach each, and what to send us for a quote.
Hotel Lobby Furniture & Public-Space Seating
Lobby seating takes more abuse than anything else on a property. It is sat on in wet swimwear, dragged across stone floors, occupied for hours by people working, and cleaned nightly. We build lobby sofas, lounge chairs, ottomans, and banquette runs on hardwood frames with contract-grade fills that meet California TB 117-2013, then finish them in your fabric or leather.
As a hotel lobby furniture manufacturer rather than a distributor, we build to your plan instead of your plan bending to a catalog — curved banquettes that follow a rounded wall, a sofa sized to a specific bay, double-sided seating that divides a lounge without blocking sightlines. Frames, upholstery, and finishing all happen under one roof in Carson, so a change to an arm profile or a seat height does not become a six-week conversation with an overseas factory.
Send a floor plan, an elevation, or even a photo of the space with dimensions written on it. We return CAD shop drawings for approval before anything is cut.
Guest-Room Chairs, Desk Seating & Benches
Guest-room seating is a volume problem before it is a design problem — the piece has to be right, and then it has to be right two hundred more times. We develop and refine a model room first, you approve the exact build, and that approved spec rolls out floor by floor without drift.
We make guest-room lounge chairs, desk and writing chairs, luggage benches, bed-end benches, and upholstered headboards, matched to the casegoods you have already specified. Dimensions matter more here than anywhere: a chair that works in a mock-up can foul a bathroom door swing at scale, so we confirm every clearance on the shop drawings.
For hotel room chairs in particular, tell us the seat height and depth you need, the fabric and its cleanability code, and the quantity per floor. There is no minimum — a single model room is a real order.
Hotel Armchairs & Lounge Chairs
An armchair is where construction quality shows first. We build hardwood frames, use 8-way hand-tied spring construction where the piece calls for it, and specify foam densities to the actual use — a lobby chair occupied twelve hours a day is not filled the same way as a guest-room reading chair.
Arm profile, back height, seat depth, leg style, and finish are all yours to set. Send a reference image of a chair you like and we will build a version dimensioned for your space in your material, rather than asking you to accept the closest catalog match. COM and COL are welcome on every piece, and we confirm yardage on the shop drawings before you order a roll.
Because the construction is standard and serviceable, these chairs can be reupholstered in a few years instead of replaced — which is usually the difference between a refresh budget and a capital request.
Hotel Sofas, Sectionals & Banquettes
We build sofas, sectionals, chaises, and banquette runs to any width — including the sizes that do not exist in a catalog, which in hotel work is most of them. L- and U-shapes, curved and radius runs, double-sided lounge seating, and built-in window seats are all standard work here.
Sectionals get engineered to the floor plan and shipped in sections that will actually make it through your service elevator and door frames; we confirm that before production rather than discovering it on install day. Banquettes are priced and built per linear foot to your drawings.
For food-and-beverage spaces inside the property — the lobby bar, the restaurant, the club floor — see custom banquettes and booths and bar and lounge furniture.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you make hotel lobby seating and guest-room chairs?
Both. Lobby sofas, lounge chairs, ottomans, and banquette runs for public spaces; lounge chairs, desk and writing chairs, luggage and bed-end benches, and upholstered headboards for guest rooms — all built to your dimensions and matched to your casegoods.
Can you match an existing FF&E package?
Yes. We build to your spec, produce CAD shop drawings for approval, and coordinate wood, metal, and upholstery finishes with the rest of the package.
Do you handle full property rollouts?
Yes — from model room development through multi-floor production, with consistent specs throughout.
Do you work from an FF&E spec package?
Yes — we build to your spec, provide shop drawings, and coordinate finishes with the package.
Is the furniture contract-grade?
Yes. Foams and fills meet California TB 117-2013 and frames are built for 24/7 commercial use.
Can you match brand standards across multiple properties?
Yes — consistent specs and finishes across a portfolio or rollout.
Do you install nationwide?
Yes. We install across the country, and we can also ship freight to your site or coordinate with your receiver instead.
What is the lead time on hospitality furniture?
Standard lead time is 4–10 weeks from approved shop drawings or fabric receipt, depending on construction and quantity, with freight scheduled after inspection.
How fast can you quote an FF&E package?
Typically within a couple of business days once we have your spec package or drawings, with a firm timeline included.
Is there a minimum order?
No — from a single model room to a full-property rollout, there’s no minimum.
Are you made in the USA?
Yes — every piece is built by hand in Los Angeles.
