Contract Furniture Assembled in the USA, Made in Los Angeles

Assembled in the USA. Frames, cut-and-sew, upholstery, and finishing all happen in our own Los Angeles factory, which is why the schedule is ours to control.

Trend Contract Furnishings is a factory direct contract furniture maker operating its own Los Angeles factory, and an official participant in the state’s Made in California Program. Every piece is assembled in the USA — frames, cut-and-sew, upholstery, and finishing are all performed in house, under one roof. Buying factory direct furniture removes the dealer layer: you deal with the shop that actually builds the piece, and the price reflects manufacturing rather than distribution. We design, upholster, and finish every piece in our own California factory — custom banquettes, sofas, lounge and dining chairs, bar stools, ottomans, and benches for hospitality and commercial projects. Because fabrication and upholstery happen under one roof, we control quality and lead times directly: standard delivery in 4–10 weeks, not the months an import takes, with carton and palletized freight nationwide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your furniture made?

Every piece is assembled in the USA, in our own Los Angeles factory at 16520 Avalon Blvd, Carson, California — frames, cut-and-sew, upholstery, and finishing all in house. Trend is an official participant in California’s Made in California Program.

How do your lead times compare to imported furniture?

Standard lead time is 4–10 weeks from approved drawings or fabric receipt, versus the months typical of overseas production plus ocean freight. Because assembly happens here, revisions and reorders do not restart an overseas queue.

Why choose a domestic manufacturer over an importer?

Direct quality control, faster lead times, easy reorders and repairs, and one accountable point of contact. We do not import finished furniture for resale — every piece is assembled in the USA in our own Los Angeles factory.

Do you supply government or institutional projects?

Yes. For projects carrying domestic-content requirements we provide a project-specific component country-of-origin and cost breakdown so your contracting officer or GC can evaluate the applicable threshold. Domestic content varies by specification and by COM/COL selection, so we do not make a blanket eligibility claim.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Carton and palletized freight nationwide, delivery and installation where you want it, and international shipping on request.

Do you accept COM/COL?

Yes — your own fabric or leather is welcome, with yardage confirmed before cutting.

How fast will I get a quote?

Typically within a couple of business days once we have your specs or drawings, with a firm timeline included.

Is there a minimum order?

No — we run from a single piece to a full rollout, with no minimum.

Custom furniture lead times Domestic against imported, in weeks.

How to choose a furniture manufacturer What to ask any shop before you place the order.
