Unit twelve has to match unit one — that is the entire discipline of fast-casual seating, and it is why rollout operators buy from a factory instead of a catalog. Fast-casual is a different engineering problem from full-service dining: seats turn over constantly, tables get wiped down dozens of times a day, footprints are tight, and the spec has to be repeatable across locations that may open years apart. We build bench runs, booths, stools, and dining chairs to your floor plan — fabricated, upholstered, and finished in-house — with drawings archived so unit fifteen matches unit one exactly. CAD and shop drawings come with every project.

- Bench & Banquette Runs: The most seats per square foot. Built per linear foot to your plan, straight or wrapped, with wipe-clean surfaces throughout.
- Turnover-Rated Construction: Hardwood frames and higher-density fills specified for constant cycling, not occasional use — the seat should outlive the fit-out.
- Cleanable Materials: High-double-rub, cleanable-code upholstery and sealed finishes that survive daily sanitising without going chalky or cracking.

Can you match seating across multiple locations?

Do you build for phased rollouts?
Yes. We build to your opening calendar rather than producing every unit at once, which keeps furniture out of paid storage and matches spend to the schedule.
What is the lead time for a multi-unit order?
Typically 4–10 weeks from approved shop drawings or fabric receipt for the first unit. Repeat units off an approved spec usually move faster because the engineering is already done.
Can you work to a tight floor plan?
Yes — everything is built to your dimensions. Send the plan and we will engineer the seat count around egress widths, aisle clearances, and column positions.
Do you provide CAD drawings?
Yes. CAD and shop drawings are produced and sent for your approval before anything is cut, and they are included with the project.
Is there a minimum order?
