Fast-Casual Restaurant Seating, Built for Turnover
Fast-casual seating fails differently than fine dining. It is not about comfort over two hours — it is about surviving forty covers a day per seat, for years, and looking identical in unit twelve as it did in unit one.
Trend Contract Furnishings builds custom fast-casual and QSR seating in Los Angeles. Fast-casual is a different engineering problem from full-service dining: seats turn over constantly, tables get wiped down dozens of times a day, footprints are tight, and the spec has to be repeatable across locations that may open years apart. We build bench runs, booths, stools, and dining chairs to your floor plan — fabricated, upholstered, and finished in-house — with drawings archived so unit fifteen matches unit one exactly. CAD and shop drawings come with every project.
Built in Carson and shipped to fast-casual and QSR operators nationwide — phased to your opening calendar, from a single test unit to a full rollout.
Seating built for Marriott, Hyatt, MGM Resorts, Hilton and OpenAI.

Built for Fast-Casual Service
The most seats per square foot. Built per linear foot to your plan, straight or wrapped, with wipe-clean surfaces throughout.
Hardwood frames and higher-density fills specified for constant cycling, not occasional use — the seat should outlive the fit-out.
High-double-rub, cleanable-code upholstery and sealed finishes that survive daily sanitising without going chalky or cracking.
Your drawings stay on file. Reorder the identical spec for the next opening, in the same finish, years later.
Dimensioned to your plan when a catalog size would cost you a row of seats or fail an egress width.
We build to a rollout calendar rather than dumping every unit at once, so nothing sits in storage racking up fees.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you match seating across multiple locations?
Yes — that is the core of fast-casual work. Your approved drawings and finish specs stay on file, so a unit opening two years from now gets the identical build, not the closest current match.
How is fast-casual seating built differently from fine dining?
Cycles. A fast-casual seat may turn over forty times a day against a handful for fine dining, so it gets higher-density fills, reinforced frames at the stress points, and cleanable materials rated for daily sanitising.
Do you build for phased rollouts?
Yes. We build to your opening calendar rather than producing every unit at once, which keeps furniture out of paid storage and matches spend to the schedule.
What is the lead time for a multi-unit order?
Typically 4–10 weeks from approved shop drawings or fabric receipt for the first unit. Repeat units off an approved spec usually move faster because the engineering is already done.
Can you work to a tight floor plan?
Yes — everything is built to your dimensions. Send the plan and we will engineer the seat count around egress widths, aisle clearances, and column positions.
Do you provide CAD drawings?
Yes. CAD and shop drawings are produced and sent for your approval before anything is cut, and they are included with the project.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single test unit is a real order, and it is usually the smart way to prove a spec before a rollout.
How do I get a price?
Send the floor plan, the piece counts, and your material — or just a photo and rough dimensions. We return a firm, itemized quote, usually within about two business days.
