Trend Contract Furnishings is a custom commercial furniture manufacturer located at 16520 Avalon Blvd, Carson, CA 90746, United States. We operate this website at trendcontractfurnishings.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. Our contact, quote request, and sample request forms ask for some or all of the following, depending on the form:

Name and company or firm name
Email address and phone number
Project location, and a shipping address when you request physical samples
Project details you choose to share — furniture type, quantity, timeline, material notes, and a free-text description
Any files you attach, such as drawings, CAD files, PDFs, or reference photographs

Only your email address is genuinely required, because without it we cannot send you a quote. Everything else is there because it helps us price the work accurately. If you would rather not type it into a form, call us instead.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical information when you visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, the site or search engine that referred you, and how you moved through the site. This comes from Google Analytics, described below.

What we do not collect. We do not take payment on this website, so we never see card or bank details. We do not ask for government identification numbers. We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels, and we do not operate user accounts or logins on the public site.

Why we use it

We use what you send us to do the thing you asked for: prepare and send a quote, answer a question, ship samples, produce shop drawings, and manufacture and deliver your order. We may keep a record of past projects so that when you reorder — sometimes years later — we can build to the same approved specification.

We use analytics data in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where the site is confusing, so we can improve it. We do not use it to build a marketing profile of you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not send marketing email to addresses collected through these forms unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that make the site and the business work, and only to the extent they need it:

Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions. Your form data passes through and is stored on Netlify's infrastructure so that it reaches us.
Google Analytics (GA4) — provides the usage measurement described below.
Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Squarespace CDN — hosts some of our project and product photography, which your browser loads directly.
Freight carriers and installers — receive the delivery address and contact details necessary to complete a shipment or installation.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Beyond that, we do not pass your details to anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. It sets cookies that record a randomly generated identifier for your browser, which pages you view, and roughly where in the world you are. It does not tell us who you are by name.

Analytics is disabled entirely except on our live domain, so browsing a preview or development copy of this site is never recorded.

You can opt out at any time. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across every site that uses it. Blocking these cookies does not stop you using this website — nothing here depends on them.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers beyond the analytics described here.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and project correspondence are kept for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable working relationship, and afterwards for as long as we may need the record for warranty, reorder, or accounting purposes. Project drawings and specifications are typically kept indefinitely, because customers frequently return years later and ask us to build the same piece again.

Google Analytics data is retained on Google's servers according to the retention period set on our property, after which it is deleted automatically.

Your rights

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email luis.aparicio@trendcontractfurnishings.com and we will respond.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. California also gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for making any request.

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR. Where we process your information it is on the basis of your consent, or of our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you sent us, or of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not knowingly collect information from children. This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and us is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are transmitted to our hosting provider over the same encrypted connection. We restrict access to project correspondence to the people who need it to do the work.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have something genuinely sensitive to send, call us and we will find a better route than a web form.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
