Guest-room seating in a renovation is a volume job against a calendar. We build one model room first; once you approve it, every floor is built to the same spec, phased around the rooms you take out of service.
Tell us the seat height and depth, the fabric and its cleanability code, and the quantity per floor. Headboards, benches and desk chairs are matched to the casegoods you are keeping. The full room package is on hotel guest room furniture.

From PIP to reopening
The PIP list, the new brand standard, an FF&E spec, or photos of the pieces being replaced, with quantities per floor and the dates rooms come out of service. Note the fabric and its cleanability code and the casegoods you are keeping. That is enough for us to price it.
Your spec becomes CAD shop drawings, included with your order: every dimension, profile and clearance. You mark them up, we revise, you approve, and the approved model room becomes the standard every floor is built to. Sending your own fabric or leather? The yardage is confirmed right on the drawings, before you order a roll.
When the pieces are built, they travel. We deliver and install nationwide, or ship freight to your site or receiver, phased floor by floor around the rooms you take out of service.
