Yes — we build to your PIP or brand design package, produce CAD shop drawings for approval, and match the specified fabrics, finishes, and casegoods before anything is cut.
How do you quote a mixed king and queen headboard order?
As one project. Send the room mix — say, 73 kings and 86 queens — with the design and we return a single itemized quote covering the whole run, with a firm production schedule.
How much fabric does a hotel headboard take?
Typically 5–13 yards per headboard on 54-inch goods — set by the style rather than the bed size. A plain flat panel sits near the bottom of the range; framed, bordered, or bolstered designs near the top. We confirm exact yardage on your shop drawings before the mill order.
Do you make wall-mounted or freestanding headboards?
Both. Headboards are engineered for wall-cleat mounting or bed-frame attachment to suit your installation, and the mounting detail is confirmed on the shop drawings.
What is the lead time on a guest-room rollout?
Standard lead time is 4–10 weeks from approved shop drawings or fabric receipt. Multi-floor runs are phased against your renovation calendar so rooms return to inventory on schedule.
Is there a minimum order?
No — a single model room is a real order, and it is usually the right way to prove the spec before the rollout.
