How custom banquette pricing works
Custom banquettes and booths are priced per linear foot of seating, built to your floor plan — so a firm number comes from your drawings, not a size chart. Two banquettes of the same length can price very differently depending on configuration, materials, and detailing. Rather than quote a figure that won't match your project, the honest answer is: send a plan and we return a firm quote, usually within a couple of business days.
That said, the same six factors move the number on almost every project. Understanding them helps you value-engineer before you ever request a quote.
The six factors that drive the cost
- Linear footage & configuration. Straight runs are the baseline. L-shapes, U-shapes, curved and radius booths, and double-sided freestanding banquettes add fabrication complexity per foot.
- Upholstery material (COM/COL). The fabric or leather is often the biggest swing. As a COM/COL shop, we build with your material — so the textile budget is in your control, and we confirm yardage on the drawings before anything is cut.
- Detailing. Plain versus channeled, tufted, or diamond-tufted backs; contrast welt; nailhead; and decorative stitching all add hand-labor.
- Show-wood & bases. Exposed wood frames, metal bases, toe-kicks, and integrated power or USB add material and finishing.
- Finish. Standard, upgraded, and custom-matched wood or metal finishes carry different costs.
- Quantity. A single dining room prices differently than a multi-location rollout of the same booth.
