Buying Custom Dining Chairs — Common Questions
Is this dining chair built for daily restaurant service?
Yes — contract-grade frames and joinery engineered for constant turnover, with foams that meet California TB 117-2013. This is restaurant-duty construction, not a residential reproduction.
Can you match my existing dining chairs or finishes?
Yes. We match wood stains and finishes to your sample in-house, and can build to a reference photo or an existing chair so additions blend into the room.
How much COM fabric does a dining chair take?
On 54-inch plain goods: roughly half a yard for an upholstered seat pad, and 1.1–2 yards fully upholstered. Pattern repeat and railroading add to that — we confirm exact yardage on the shop drawings.
Can I order a large quantity for a rollout?
Yes — from a single dining room to a multi-location rollout. Your approved drawings and finish specs stay on file, so a reorder years later matches exactly.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 4–10 weeks from approved shop drawings or fabric receipt, with repeat units off an approved spec usually moving faster.
