Can this lounge chair be built to custom dimensions?
Yes — every piece is made to order in our Los Angeles factory. Seat height and depth, back height, and arm profile are all set to your spec and confirmed on CAD shop drawings before anything is cut.
Is it durable enough for a hotel lobby or 24/7 public space?
Yes. Hardwood frames, contract-grade fills that meet California TB 117-2013, and 8-way hand-tied spring construction where the piece calls for it — built for continuous public use, not residential duty.
How much fabric does a lounge chair need if I supply COM?
As a planning figure on 54-inch plain goods, a low- to mid-back club chair runs about 4–6 yards, and 7–11 on a high or privacy back. We confirm the exact yardage on your shop drawings before you order from the mill.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 4–10 weeks from approved shop drawings or fabric receipt, depending on construction and quantity, plus freight from Los Angeles.
Can it be reupholstered down the line?
Yes — the construction is standard and serviceable, so a refresh means new fabric and fills rather than replacing the piece.
