How custom banquette pricing works

What determines the cost: a custom banquette is priced per linear foot, set by its length and configuration, your upholstery material, the detailing, show-wood and bases, the finish, and the quantity — a firm number comes from your floor plan, typically within about two business days.

Custom banquettes and booths are priced per linear foot of seating, built to your floor plan — so a firm number comes from your drawings, not a size chart. Two banquettes of the same length can price very differently depending on configuration, materials, and detailing. Rather than quote a figure that won't match your project, the honest answer is: send a plan and we return a firm quote, usually within a couple of business days.

That said, the same six factors move the number on almost every project. Understanding them helps you value-engineer before you ever request a quote.

The six factors that drive the cost

Cost factorWhat moves the price
Linear footage & configurationStraight runs are the baseline; L- and U-shapes, curves, and double-sided freestanding runs add fabrication per foot
Upholstery material (COM/COL)Often the biggest swing — as a COM/COL shop we build with your material, so the textile budget stays in your control; yardage confirmed before cutting
DetailingChanneled, tufted, or diamond-tufted backs, contrast welt, nailhead, and decorative stitching add hand-labor
Show-wood & basesExposed wood frames, metal bases, toe-kicks, and integrated power or USB add material and finishing
FinishStandard, upgraded, and custom-matched wood or metal finishes carry different costs
QuantityA single dining room prices differently than a multi-location rollout of the same booth

How to get an accurate number, faster

The fastest path to a firm quote is a floor plan (or even a rough sketch with dimensions), your upholstery direction, and the finish you have in mind. We produce shop drawings for your approval before anything is built, so the quote and the finished piece match. See what to send for an accurate quote, or start one now.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are custom banquettes priced per linear foot?

What makes one banquette cost more than another?

Configuration (straight vs. curved or double-sided), upholstery material, detailing like channeling or tufting, show-wood and bases, finish, and quantity.

Can I control the material budget?

Yes. As a COM/COL manufacturer we build with your fabric or leather, so the textile spend is in your control. We confirm yardage on the drawings before cutting.
